Thanks to the double knit (merino wool on the outside, bamboo viscose against the skin), you can get all the benefits of merino wool. The collection is designed especially for people with sensitive skin who find all types of wool irritating. The products have a non-itchy bamboo viscose knit on the inside. The merino-bamboo viscose knit ensures the base layer's thermal insulation, moisture wicking and antibacterial properties.
Merino wool is a wool fiber obtained from merino sheep. Merino wool fibers trap warming air between the skin and the outer layer. The merino-bamboo viscose knit efficiently wicks moisture away from the skin. Thanks to its antibacterial properties, simply airing the garment is often enough to freshen it up. The merino wool in this product is mulesing-free.
Material Information
The softness of merino wool is determined by the thickness of its fibers, measured in microns. The smaller the micron count, the softer the feel of the merino wool product.
