Product origin
This product is made at a partner factory in China. The factory specialises in knitting merino wool products and technically demanding garments. An independent third party audits the factory every year, and we also visit the factory regularly ourselves.
Description
Children's merino wool base mittens with a pleasantly soft bamboo viscose lining suitable even for sensitive skin. These merino wool mittens can be worn on their own or under waterproof gloves and mittens to provide extra warmth and comfort on cold days.
Thanks to the long and narrow wrist section, the mittens easily slip under the jacket sleeve, keeping the child's hands protected and warm. Merino wool provides warmth even when damp, dries quickly, and neutralizes odors. The mittens are available in two sizes, for ages 2-5 and 5-8.
Material Information
• 46% wool, 44% viscose, 10% recycled polyamide
• knit: 225 g/m², 2-layer, wool (merino) on the outside, viscose (bamboo) against the skin, polyamide support mesh in between
• merino micron: 19.5
• mulesing-free merino wool
The softness of merino wool is determined by the thickness of its fibers, measured in microns. The smaller the micron count, the softer the feel of the merino wool product.
Unlike many other merino wool brands, we use only the finest merino wool fibers in our products. This way, we can guarantee that our merino wool garments provide unbeatable comfort and a luxuriously soft feel that lasts over time.
A lower micron count means softer quality

Product Care
Take gentle care of your merino wool garment – this will also extend its lifespan!1. Fresh air is the best friend of merino wool! Air your garment regularly and wash only when necessary. Use wool detergent and a delicate wash program at 30 degrees with the gentlest spin cycle, and remember to turn the product inside out during washing.
2. Avoid tumble drying, as it can damage the delicate merino wool fibers. Instead of tumble drying, shape the merino garment while damp and dry it flat, for example on top of a towel.
3. If needed, you can steam or iron the merino garment using one dot (maximum 110 °C).
By following these instructions, you can ensure that your merino wool garment stays in good condition for a long time.
