How do I exchange a product?
We offer a free exchange option to change your order to another size within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the product must be unused and clean for us to accept the exchange.
How do returns work?
You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Carefully repack the items in the original bag or cardboard box in which the product was delivered, and ensure that all previous shipping labels have been removed or clearly covered.
Please note that we will charge a €5 handling fee for the return.
Note! Returns must first be registered in our system using the "Retrieve your order" function above.

How can I complain about a faulty product?
If the product is faulty or incorrect, please report it as soon as possible. We will process your complaint within 3 working days of receipt.
The easiest way to make a claim is to enter your order number and email address in the field below.
If you have purchased the product from one of our dealers, the complaint will be handled through them.
If you have received a product as a gift and find a fault with it, please ask the person who placed the order to make the claim on your behalf.
How do I change the size of a product I received as a gift to the correct size?

How do I return a product I received as a gift?
If you have received a product as a gift, please ask the person who placed the order to return it for you.
Please note that we will charge a €5 handling fee when you return the gift.
