Status of Service Accessibility
The online service does not yet fully meet the requirements of the Digital Services Act and WCAG 2.1 criteria at levels A and AA. We are committed to improving accessibility in phases so that as many users as possible can use our services.

Below are the main deficiencies and their reasons.
Identified Deficiencies
- Not all images have alternative text (alt).
- Videos do not fully include captions and/or audio descriptions.
- Not all functions are fully operable via keyboard.
- There are shortcomings in form field labeling and error messages.
- Text contrast ratios fall below requirements in some places.
- Some content is difficult to interpret with screen readers.
- PDF and attached documents are not fully accessible.
We aim to address these issues during the year 2026.
Reasons for Deficiencies
Some content and technical implementations were produced before accessibility requirements. Additionally, third-party components are in use, over which we have limited influence regarding accessibility.

Method of Preparing the Statement
The statement is based on self-assessment and automated checks (WAVE, contrast tools, keyboard testing, screen reader tests). The evaluation is updated in connection with significant changes and at least annually.
