For purchases over 150 euros, delivery to a Post Office pick-up point in Finland is free of charge. Delivery to a Post Office pick-up point in Finland for purchases under €150 costs €5.95 (incl. VAT 24%).
Post's home delivery within Finland is free of charge for purchases over 250 euros. Postal home delivery is €4.95 for purchases between €150 and €249.99 and €10.95 for purchases under €150 (prices include VAT 24%).
We will normally dispatch your items within 1-5 working days of your order. In busy periods, products will be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days. Busy periods include promotions, Christmas deliveries and the launch of new collections.
Please note that during the busiest periods, Post's parcel machines fill up quickly. If your chosen parcel machine is full, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest Post Office pick-up point/available parcel machine. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the choice of alternative pick-up point. It is always the customer's responsibility to pick up and/or re-route the parcel, if applicable.
If you wish to avoid having your parcel diverted to another parcel machine/postal pick-up point, we recommend using the Postal Home Delivery service.
