The merino-bamboo knit ensures the thermal insulation, moisture transfer, and antibacterial properties of the base layer.

Merino wool is a 100% natural material obtained from merino sheep. The fibers of merino wool trap warm air between the skin and the outer layer. The merino-bamboo knit effectively moves moisture away from the skin. Thanks to its antibacterial properties, often simply airing out the garment is sufficient to freshen it up. The merino wool used by North Outdoor is ethically produced and mulesing-free.
