Description

The Huntu merino beanie is made in North Outdoor's own knitting mill in Oulu from extremely high-quality, mulesing-free 100% merino wool. The beanie features a beautiful cable knit and has a very fitted fit. The stylishly feminine beanie model is easy to combine with a variety of outfits and is equally suitable for bustling city life as well as outdoor activities.

The softness of merino wool is determined by the thickness of its fibers, measured in microns. The smaller the micron count, the softer the feel of the merino wool product.

Unlike many other merino wool brands, we use only the finest merino wool fibers in our products. This way, we can guarantee that our merino wool garments provide unbeatable comfort and a luxuriously soft feel that lasts over time.

Care Instructions

Product Care
Take gentle care of your merino wool garment – this will also extend its lifespan!

1. Fresh air is the best friend of merino wool! Air your garment regularly and wash only when necessary. Use wool detergent and a delicate wash program at 30 degrees with the gentlest spin cycle, and remember to turn the product inside out during washing.
2. Avoid tumble drying, as it can damage the delicate merino wool fibers. Instead of tumble drying, shape the merino garment while damp and dry it flat, for example on top of a towel.
3. If needed, you can steam or iron the merino garment using one dot (maximum 110 °C).

GentleKnit is our premium knit quality for discerning tastes. This knit quality is available in various knit types ranging from thinner to thicker and from smooth surfaces to rib and seed knits. Caring for GentleKnit often requires only airing, as the wool fiber naturally repels dirt and odors.
