Return instructions: postal service

Returning North Outdoor orders delivered by post is easy Our return policy within the framework of our return policy as follows:

Returning from a Post Office parcel machine

• Get the return code at posti.fi/palautapaketti
• From there, select "Return with the original tracking number"
• Write "Return to return address" on top of the parcel:
• the return code you received, and
• your name and address in the top left-hand corner.
• Take the parcel to the Post Office parcel machine.
• The return will be saved in the Postal tracking service.

You do not need a receipt for the return.

Returning at a Post Office service point

• Write the return code on the parcel: 6 1 8 0 6 3
• Take the parcel to the Post Office and tell them it is a customer return.
• Keep the receipt of the return until we have refunded you.
