Sometimes things don’t go as planned. You can make a return, exchange, or complaint by entering your order number and email address in the field below.
We charge a €5 handling fee for returns, but size exchanges are free of charge. You can find answers to the most common questions about returns at the bottom of the page.

How do I exchange a product?
We offer a free option to exchange the product you ordered for another size within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the product must be unused and in good condition for us to accept the exchange.
How do returns work?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
Pack the products carefully back into the original bag or cardboard box in which the product was delivered, and make sure all previous shipping labels are removed or clearly covered.

How can I make a complaint about a defective product?
If the product is defective or faulty, we ask you to make a complaint as soon as possible. We process complaints within approximately 3 business days of receiving them.
The easiest way to handle a complaint is by entering your order number and email address in the field below.
If you purchased the product from one of our retailers, the complaint should be handled through them.
If you received the product as a gift and notice a defect, please ask the person who placed the order to make the complaint on your behalf.
How do I exchange the size of a product received as a gift to the correct one?

Why does the return form appear to me in the wrong language?
The language of our form is set to the language you have selected in your browser settings. You can change the language in your browser settings if you wish. Unfortunately, the webshop’s own language selection does not affect this.
