Sometimes things don't go as planned. You can make a return, exchange or complaint by entering your order number and email address in the field below.
We charge a €5 return fee, but exchanging for another size is free.

How do I exchange a product?
We offer free exchanges to a different size within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the product must be unworn and in pristine condition for us to accept the exchange.
How do returns work?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
Carefully repack the products into the original bag or box in which the product was delivered, and make sure all previous shipping labels are removed or clearly covered.
Please note that we charge a €5 return fee on returns.

My return label is missing, what should I do?

How can I file a complaint about a faulty product?
If a product is defective or faulty, we ask you to file a complaint as soon as possible. We process complaints within approximately 3 business days of receipt.
The easiest way to handle the complaint is by entering your order number and email address in the field below.
If you purchased the product from one of our retailers, the complaint is handled through them.
If you received the product as a gift and notice a fault, ask the person who placed the order to file the complaint on your behalf.
How do I exchange the size of a gifted product?

Why is the return form showing in the wrong language?
Our form's language is set to use the language you've selected in your browser settings. You can change the language in your browser settings if you wish. The online store's own language selection unfortunately does not affect this.
