How to Cancel Your Purchase

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase, starting from the day you receive your delivery. You can either partially or fully cancel your order by returning the products and including a completed return form. The form can be downloaded here and must be included in the return package for the refund to be processed.

100-day satisfaction quarantee

The 100-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all North Outdoor merino wool knits made in Oulu. If you feel that your new knit did not meet your expectations, you can return it within 100 days of the purchase date. You can fill out the satisfaction guarantee form [here].

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs; only the price of the returned product will be refunded. All returns must include a return bag or box, so we recommend keeping the original packaging during your trial period. The satisfaction guarantee is applicable to one North Outdoor knit made in Oulu. Additionally, please note that you can only use our satisfaction guarantee once.

We will contact you within approximately three business days after receiving your form. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days after we have received and processed your return.

 

Unpicked Deliveries


Not picking up your delivery is not considered a cancellation. A 10€ fee will be charged for unpicked deliveries to cover delivery, packaging, and handling costs.

How to Return a Product

Make your return within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Please pack the products carefully, ideally in the original packaging, and make sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.

Returns are free when following our guidelines. We won't cover the costs for returns that don't comply with these instructions.

Return Options

From Europe with DHL:

- Drop off your return shipment at a DHL ServicePoint, or opt for a pickup from a DHL courier. All return details should follow DHL's specific guidelines. 


From Finland with Matkahuolto:

Parcel Machine:
-Apply for a return code at Matkahuolto's website. Follow the provided instructions and drop your package at a Matkahuolto parcel machine.

Service Point:
-Take your package to a Matkahuolto service point and inform them it's a customer return. Keep your receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive and verify your return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that you do not need to enquire about returns until at least 14 days have passed since the return.

Product Conditions for Return

Products must be in original, sellable condition: clean, unused, and with all labels and packaging intact. Socks and underwear cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened.

Note: We reserve the right to charge refurbishment costs (at least 20% of the product price) for items not meeting these conditions.

If the stored products remain below the free shipping limit after the return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the return.
