You can find your correct size by taking accurate measurements directly from your body over your underwear.
Use a measuring tape and record the measurements! Please note that the product-specific size charts indicate the product's dimensions, including necessary ease allowances. The dimensions of merino wool products may vary slightly from the stated measurements, which is typical for natural fibers. Merino wool also adapts in use. When properly washed and cared for, our products neither stretch nor shrink. Therefore, you can choose your own size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
Body measurements
A) Chest circumference
Chest circumference is measured at the widest / highest point of the chest with a measuring tape held horizontally around the body. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
B) Waist circumference
Waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of the waist with a measuring tape held horizontally around the body. To get an accurate measurement, place one finger between the waist and the measuring tape.
C) Hip circumference
Hip circumference is measured at the widest point of the hips, about 20 cm below the waist, with a measuring tape held horizontally around the body.
D) Inside leg length
Inside leg length is measured from the crotch straight down to the floor. You can use a ruler or similar tool placed vertically between the legs to assist. The measurement is taken from the top edge of the ruler to the floor.
