General Information About Black Week
During Black Week, you get a 25% discount on all regular-priced merino wool products. The offer is valid until December 2 at 23:59. We offer an extended return period for all orders placed during Black Week until January 15, 2025.
Is your delivery time longer during Black Week?
Our delivery time during Black Week is slightly longer than usual, approximately 2-10 business days.
How can I ensure that my Merino Club points are credited for my Black Week purchases?
You will earn Merino Club points on all your purchases made during Black Week by logging into your customer account. Please note that you cannot use your loyalty points during the Black Week pre-sale.
I did not receive the promised discount on the product.
Please check that your cart does not contain products that are excluded from the campaign (such as gift cards, Outlet products, or other discounted items). If the product in your cart is not excluded from the campaign, please place the order at the regular price and contact our customer service via our virtual assistant located at the bottom of the page. We will check and correct our mistake.
Are the Black Week offers valid at the North Outdoor Brand Store as well?
The Black Week offer also applies to all regularly priced products available in our store, excluding gift cards.
I placed an order, but I didn’t receive an order confirmation. Is my order in order?
During the busiest campaign periods, it may take a bit longer than usual for the confirmation email to arrive. Please also check your spam folder. If the order and payment were completed normally, your order is most likely fine, even if the confirmation email is still missing for some reason.
Can I apply the Black Week offer to my previous order?
The offer prices apply only to new orders placed during the campaign period and for the products included in the campaign.
Can I change or cancel my Black Week order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders that have already been received, nor can we combine orders afterwards. If you forgot to include an amazing product in your order, please place a new order for that item.
I am purchasing products as gifts and would like to know if they have an extended return policy?
We have extended the return period for all orders placed between November 11 and December 22, 2023, until January 15, 2025, so you can make your Christmas purchases with peace of mind.
