Only customers who have purchased products from North Outdoor receive a feedback survey via email, and the content of the responses is visible in the North Outdoor online store’s consumer reviews. The feedback form is sent after the purchase and is not sent to anyone other than customers who have made a purchase from northoutdoor.com.
