Shipping policy
Delivery in Europe (excl. Finland)
For orders delivered within Europe (excl. Finland), the shipping company is DHL. The delivery method is: DHL Express with Home Delivery, DHL Service Point collect or DHL locker collect.
Delivery Costs
For orders delivered within the EU (excl. Finland), the shipping is free of charge if the purchase exceeds 100 €. If the purchase is less than 100 €, we collect a fixed delivery fee of 9.95 € (incl. VAT 25,5%).
Delivery Time
We will send your products within 1–3 working days of placing the order. During high seasons the sending can take up to 10 working days.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the exact delivery date for your order since after we have sent the products to you, the remaining delivery time is solely dependent on the shipping company’s delivery capability.
However, DHL guarantees us that after they receive the package from us, the shipment shall be “delivered before the end of the next possible working day.”
Delivery in Finland
We deliver products only to adults in Finland. Delivery to a Matkahuolto pickup point in Finland is free for purchases over 100 euros.For purchases under 100 euros, delivery to a Matkahuolto pickup point in Finland costs 5.95 euros (incl. VAT 25,5%). Home delivery by Matkahuolto within Finland is free for purchases over 250 euros, 4.95 euros for purchases between 150-249.99 euros, and 10.90 euros for purchases under 150 euros (prices incl. VAT 25,5%).
We normally ship your products within 1–3 business days of your order. During peak times, delivery may take up to 10 business days. Peak times include various campaigns, holiday season deliveries, and new collection release dates. Please note that Matkahuolto's parcel lockers fill up quickly during peak times. If the chosen parcel locker is full, your package will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point/available parcel locker. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the selection of an alternative pickup point. The customer is always responsible for picking up the package and/or any possible re-routing of the package. If you want to avoid your package being redirected to another parcel locker/Matkahuolto pickup point, we recommend using Matkahuolto's home delivery service.
The cancellation of trade
You have 14 days to cancel the order. Calculation begins when you have received the delivery.
It is possible to cancel the store partially or entirely to return to us the product or products and the return form.
The return form must always be completed and included. Without a return form, we do not know who the return is and, for example, cannot return you money.
You will receive a return form with the shipment but You can also download it here.
Note! The mail will retain the package for only 7 days, after which the non -pick -up package returns to us. Failure to pick up an order is not a cancellation. We charge $ 10 for delivery, packaging and processing costs for the uninvoiced deliveries.
Returns
Make a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Pack the products carefully. Preferably use the same bag or cardboard box where you received the shipment. Remove or cover the package for old shipping markings.
Please note that a €5 handling fee will be charged for returns.
European orders
Return with DHL
If your order was originally delivered with DHL Express, please follow the instructions below.
- Place the product(s) you want to return in the same paper bag or cardboard box where you originally received the package from us.
- Seal the paper bag or cardboard box package with adhesive tape.
- Attach the return label to the return package.
- Make sure that any old labels are removed or no longer legible.
- Then you can either:
- Drop off your return shipment at a DHL ServicePoint. You can find the ServicePoints here https://locator.dhl.com/, or
- Opt for a pickup from a DHL courier. You can order the pickup here https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html
Finland
Restore from the Matkahuolto's parcel machine
- Apply for a return at http://northoutdoor.com/palauta.
- Type on the package:
- the return code you received and
- Your name and address to the upper left corner.
- Take the shipment to the Matkahuolto's parcel machine.
- The return is stored in the tracking service. You do not need a receipt for a return.
Refunding of your payment
We will refund your payment within 14 days after we have dealt with your return. We return the money in the same payment method you used to buy. The payment refund will be displayed no later than 14 days. We will not conduct further clarification regarding the refund of the money only 14 days after the compensation is made. We hope that you will not post a message until two weeks after the return process if the money is still not visible in your account. Thanks for patience and cooperation!
Refund
Please note that our return rights only apply to saleable products. This means that the products to be returned must be unused and in original condition. Please pay attention to the processing of the product before making the final purchase decision. Particular care of product contamination (also applies to possible animal hair and dust).
- The right of return applies only to clean and unused products
- Product stickers must be in place and the product must be returned in a neat and intact sales package (does not apply to a paper bag)
- There is no right of return in socks and underwear if the product package has been opened
If the returned product does not meet the above mentioned conditions of sales, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the product's sales refurbishment. We charge at least 20 % of the sale price of the product.
If the product has been used and we cannot accept the refund, we will return the product to you when the return and any other re-shipping costs that have been given to us have been reimbursed.
When the return, we will refund the amount of the products you returned, not the shipping fee. If you have ordered products free of charge, but you end up keeping the products below the freedom limit, we will charge you a shipping fee for your order. The shipping fee is then automatically deducted from the price of the product/product you returned.
